I took the Berkeley Test to check my Nitric Oxide levels. My levels were very low so after reading about which ingredients I would want to use to raise my levels I took Nitric oxide support pills from biogreen labs for a week and my N.O. test came back closer to normal. I have been seeing all the benefits from more normal levels of N.O. in my system; more energy, more stamina, better blood flow. These were very helpful for exercising beyond muscle failure points. The failure point before where my muscles would stop working has improved by about 40% time wise so it's quite an improvement for me. I would not recommend these for people who do not have lower N.O. levels as you are likely to see very little improvement from them so it's good to check your levels first with the Berkeley test before you decided to take these.

It works all right but a different brand that I tried originally years ago was way better but at least this doesn't keep me up late

I had been taking L-Arginine and L-Citruline separately for energy, stamina and increased blood flow during workouts. I was delighted when I found Nature's Craft N.O., which combined thes two ingredients plus added Niacin and Calcium -both essential supplements for heart function and blood flow. This supplement has noticeably enhanced my strength, stamina and focus. I take one in the AM and another after lunch. The effect is subtle, not a strong stimulant, not heart-pounding.

It improved my energy and endurance levels during long runs. I felt stronger and not as fatigued even at the end of an intense workout.

Ok not the best

Used to essentially think N.O. supplements were all alike so I just bought whatever was on sale or convenient. I've found I need / benefit from using it nearly as much on off-days as I do training days. On training days, great pump and recovery. On off-days, best way to explain it is how I feel when I DON'T take it - there is definitely a noticeable drop in my energy level and focus. There are other noticeable benefits, but I mainly use it as a training supplement. Excellent product!

I feel like the product was very helpful in helping me not only get the most of all of my workouts but also helping me get through them. I definitely felt stronger pumps and able to power through each workout, especially since I workout between 4 and 5 AM, so this is something I would definitely recommend and use again.
