Question 1

Why are you using the ancient format mov instead of mp4?

Accepted Answer

Hello dear customer,

Thank you very much for your attention and support to our brand. 🌞

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the format. Relatively speaking, the Mov format will better guarantee the quality of the picture, and you can see a better picture effect when the file is transferred to a mobile phone or computer for viewing. The MP4 format is currently a more compatible file format, but relatively speaking, the picture quality will be slightly worse.

Both formats have their benefits. We will also continue to improve our camera to ensure support for these two different recording formats.
