You know how it is, you're looking for a gift for your mom and you don't know what the hell else you could possibly buy for her. She has everything, because she has You! But hey all you can do is specialize on niches, and thankfully for me in this case, my mom loves Windchimes. The first thing I want you to know is this, upfront: This is Not a CHEAP-Looking, FEELING, or ACCENTING Windchime. She's actually afraid to take it outside, but the colors of the glass, in the morning light, as it cascades across the bathroom floor as the sun rises, is the best thing I can sell you on this. Some colors are too opaque, but others aren't. The tangle issue seems super clean and simple, it came out of the box, tangled, and then untangled itself with next to NO effort. That is Awesome. The size, is about a foot, so you know, prep for that, inside or out. It will/ could rattle with enough wind. The value FOR this item in question? Actually great. The fact that the lights do shine, and twinkle and cascade, and her being happy with such a basic comfort, makes me happy as a consumer. It's probably durable. I mean, do you really want to smash it against the wall or the stairs or whatever and test it out? It's wood, twine and glass. Don't overestimate it. And finally, for hangability? It's sturdy in that regard and you can go at it with a number of different methods. Hooks under it, drilling through the wood, command hooks, Go nuts. A Bar of Wood is something you can operate with in a tangible way. Overall 5/5, can't think of anything I don't like about it or had issue with.

Beautiful chimes and handmade by artisans who receive the profits. Take down during stormy weather! Pretty, tinkling sound, not harsh.

Very very nice. Great price....it's is visually appealing for my back deck. Witch my wife and I spend hours on. It takes a bit more than a gentle breeze to move the chimes. But that's nice because I find wind chimes can be slightly annoying if constantly making noise. I know sounds anti chimes. But honestly it's perfect. Very well made..

This is a lovely hanging piece, but it doesn't fit for all spaces. Still, it works for many, is quite well made, and reasonably priced.
