Great product with zero stomach issues.

So I have tried everything for SLEEP.. and was a faithful magnesium glycinate user every night. I bought this dr mecola advanced magnesium and I am shocked at how if helps me sleep. The only downside I have noticed is having to pee in middle of night more. They say it's normal and body should adjust..it relaxes all muscles and flushes out your system so that is probably why . I take 3 at night so may try just 2. If your having sleep issues seriously try this product. Yes it's more expensive but for great sleep at age 62 I will pay it!

So in a nuthell, I have an autoimmune illness and I struggle with sleep (falling, staying, quality) and overall fatigue. If you do some research, we are all deficient in magnesium (depleted soil, poor nutrient diet, etc). It's very clear I need extra magnesium. I tried a few supplements including Calm but if you have a leaky gut and other gut issues (like most people with autoimmune/chronic illness have) most forms of magnesium are poorly absorbed. I still do magnesium spray (I do it myself) and I think that my skin absorbs it well but it seems to work better when I do it over long periods of time - it's basically not a "magical pill". and it does improve my sleep but not in a dramatic way. I actually got a sample of this brand 1 year ago - I finally gave it a try and it improved my sleep on that very first night! I had 11 tablets left in my trial bottle so I thought I would track the 11 following nights just in case it was a fluke...Well, it wasn't. My sleep improved a lot - thanks to this supplement so I quickly ordered the same brand and chose Amazon because the quick delivery meant I did not have to wait a week to sleep better. Also if you subscribe, it is a really good price (I usually buy my supplements - I buy a lot- on various websites and this was the best price I could find - even with discounts, offers, etc.) It is very rare that I notice my need for a supplement so quickly (last one was liposomal glutathione) but it is my belief that this particular form of mg does -as advertized- cross the blood-brain barrier hence the immediate result. One thing of note, I only use a tablet a day (and not three as recommended)! I take it at least one hour before bed. I only take one because I still do magnesium spray and take other vitamins and supplements with additional amounts of mg (but in different forms). Also, shortly after starting this supplement, I bought a pair of amber glasses (that filters blue light) which helps too but I would say is not as powerful as this form of mg to make me feel sleepy!

Truly a miracle worker for short term memory issues I was experiencing. You must be patient in allowing it to work its magic. I would say, it took a month to notice perceptible changes in memory. By three months there were noticeable and lasting memory improvements. When I reorder I always get the 90 days supply. Finally, I take all three pills in the morning; unlike other forms of MG, this does not cause drowsiness or relaxation.

بالنسبة لي لقد استخدمته لمدة شهر وكل مرة استخدمه يظهر لي بعد الاستخدام بعدة ساعات احمرار وحكة في منطقة البطن (umbilical dermatitis) وتم التأكد انه من هذا المنتج وعند ايقافه تخف وتختفي الاعراض

This is a very good quality magnesium, and can feel the difference if I don't take it.
