I have had very bad allergies, and since starting this product, my symptoms (sneezing, runny nose, mucous cough) have resolved. The real test will be when the weather changes here in FL and I will see if there is any changes, but so far, this product has significantly improved my summer allergies. I know this product from Germany. There it is an over the counter product you get in every pharmacy. If you suffer from regular, painful sinus infections, this is what you want to have on hand at all times. Because it is a mucolyticum, that means it softens the stuff in your sinuses, it is important, imperative, that you drink lots of water when using this product. Sinupret can cut your sickness time in half, if not shorten it more! Definitely recommend it!

We used this in Germany and couldn't get it here until now. So happy I found it on amazon. My son's sinus problems are cleared up now......we love german products...

Not antibiotic but helps with sinus problems

I have been using this since I was little and I didn't know I could get it in the US. I was really sick when I got it and I started taking it again and it helped so well with my sinus infection and the mucus! I can only recommend it!

This product is wonderful. I always keep it on hand and take at first sign of nasalness. Wonderful, natural support for the sinuses and clears up congestion quickly.
