Excellent product with Strudy body very low noice levels Top class and elegant product Although little expensive compare to other brands which are in white color . This quite unique color combination adds elegance to your room Very strong body does not even heat after use of 4-6 hours. More importantly this has long power cord 2+ mtr which is great to keep at a distance as per your bedroom needs . there is no matching or comparing product with it. SAFE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING BETTER DON'T WASTE ON THIS PRODUCT I would advise against buying this product just in the name of Crompton; you will receive third-class service along with a third-class product. I purchased this product on January 26, and it stopped working just within one month after the purchase. I raised a ticket in the hope that Crompton, being a brand, would provide good service, but I was completely wrong. I raised the ticket on February 11, and until today, the issue is not resolved, although it is under warranty. They just focus on closing the open tickets; until now, they have closed 6-8 tickets without resolving the issue. Every time they close a ticket, I have to raise a new one, but there are no concerns about the customer. Plus, their local service vendor, Star World, in the Bangalore region is even more pathetic and provides the worst service.

Update: Replaced the Thermostat under warranty and it's now again working like a charm. Rating: ★★★★★(5/5) Old Post: I am giving this review after 1 Year of Use. Pros: Heats a 14x14 room quickly and retains warmth well. Noise is acceptable. Easy to use with useful features. Good value. Uses 2000W on max—needs a 16A socket. Cons: Thermostat failed after months of regular winter use (5–6 hrs/day). Poor availability of repair parts. Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)
