Carwiner Screen Protector-Matte

This was very easy to install and I don't have to wash the screen again. It also seems to make it look clearer and brighter without changing it in the program. You will not see fingerprints on the screen again and I have not had any issues with the touchscreen, working like it did before I installed this screen saver. I will buy this product again if I have another vehicle with a touchscreen in it. When I bought my F-150 new, the dealer was trying to get me to buy a screen protector at a higher price than what I paid for this 1. The dealer tried to explain to me that it will prevent the screen from getting broken if something would hit it. I said would it stop a hammer, he said no. So it will stop maybe a stainless steel travel mug bumping into the screen, he said yes. I told him to keep it and sucker someone else with his BS. So far with the screen saver I have that did happen 1 morning coming home from work when a couple of deer decided to cross the road and I hit the brakes, it was close enough to count the hair in it's ear. The other one didn't stick around. The one that the dealer was trying to sell me I could've bought 3 of these and if he installed it probably 1.5 more. This does keep the fingerprints from showing as I said earlier and all I have to do is wipe it with a microfiber cloth once a week.

I just picked up my 2022 f-150 and I thought with it having such a HUGE touch screen, that the chances of something scratching it would be pretty high. I purposefully left the factory plastic on until this screen protector arrived to help reduce the scratches, dust and fingerprints, which was a good idea. I read thru some of the comments and complaints about it not having directions, not fitting correctly and to be honest I was a bit worried. It came packaged well and had a small sticker to pull on to remove the cover for the screen side and some wipes and a dust cloth to prepare the screen in case it needed some preparation. Installation could not have been simpler, if one has ever applied a screen protector to a phone it is the same process. The prep work is going to make or break the quality of the final installation. Before pulling the backing off (the sticky side) make sure it fits and practice your motions that you will use to put it against the screen. Make sure nothing is in the way or dust, lint, dog hair, french fries, fingerprints are anywhere on the screen, otherwise it will show in the end. The protector is a tiny bit smaller than the screen keep in mind it might be a fraction of an inch off to one side or the other, but ours is hardly noticeable and the screen works just fine however, try to keep in centered. It works just like a phone screen protector (almost as if it becomes alive) and bonds to the screen. I had one bubble, I ran my finger over it a few times and it was gone when I got in the truck the next morning. I guess the best compliment I can give this product is when my wife got in the truck and asked when I was "going to put the screen protector on." So far, it doesn't show any glare and hasn't affected the radio or navigation performance. It did seem to take a LONG time to get here. It was made in China. I would buy this again. Hopefully I don't have to.

Great addition to any Ford truck, very easy to install. Minimizes glare and helps protect while being easy to clean, the only thing I was not to pleased about is it is like a matte finish to it makes the screen darker and during the day I just personally am not a fan but overall a great buy with easy installation.

I was looking for a way to protect my screen from fingerprints and the inevitable damage that fingerprints can cause long term and I stumbled upon this! This thing was very easy to install and actually improved the functionality of the screen. I definitely recommend the matte finish as it makes sliding your fingers on the screen a whole lot smoother!

Overall happy with product. I had left the factory temporary screen cover on for about 3 weeks, corners were starting to lift up. Followed cleaning instructions however do not think it was necessary as my screen was clean, no dirt on cleaning cloth. My challenge was removing 3 air bubbles near the borders. Used a plastic trim tool with gently tapered surface to remove upper and then lower sides then worked from middle to slowly apply screen more uniformly. Recommend trim tool be about 2.5" width with 45* or 60* angle that can lift the borders, take your time and be careful. Thought I would break screen protector. Used the trim tool to partially reapply screen protector. Furnished paper tool was ineffective removing air bubbles therefore used trim tool I had just used installing vent visor. Would estimate screen protector fit has 1/16" gap on all sides therefore important to apply screen protector parallel to top. My first attempt my bottom right corner was outside of screen approximately 1/16" of an inch therfore to had reapply. Surface appears to be anti glare. Would purchase again. Good luck.

Cheap. Easy install. Protects the screen. No issues with touchscreen functionality. Gives a slightly matte effect. What’s not to like.

This product is terrible. I gave it two stars because it was easy to install. Great instructions and tool. It adhered to the screen with one touch. No bubbles. However the actual screen protector is cloudy not clear. It totally blurred the screen clarity. I wouldn’t purchase again. $13 wasted on this. I was hoping there was an outside film to Peel off but nope. Stay away unless you don’t want to see your screen in clear Crisp color.
