Frankenstein [Mary Shelley] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Frankenstein Review: Worth a read for sure! - This Dover Thrift Edition version was 166 pages and after reading it I saw that other versions were 200 and up to 500 pages in length. I’m not sure if I allowed myself to be cheated pages and unknowingly read a watered down Cliff Notes version. As for the book itself, I was amazed that such a young person could have written this book barely out of their teens. The vocabulary and turn of phrase she created and used was astonishing. I also found her poetic prose used to describe the character’s descriptions of nature to be enjoyable. Also the author did an amazing job writing on Victor Frankenstein’s descriptions of the heartbreak of being alone and away from love ones for months and years at a time and the regret and remorse he felt for creating the monster. Also the author wrote about the character Walton and his feelings of being alone and being unable to bond and form a meaningful friendship with another male during his lifetime. I also enjoyed the poetic prose of the monster and his thoughts when he spoke about the “cottagers” and also his disdain for Victor and all of mankind. I also thought it was clever how Shelley started off this book with letters written between the character Walton and his sister Mrs Seville. Walton later meets Victor Frankenstein by chance in the Russian Artic. Victor then becomes the narrative voice in the book as he tells his story. Later the monster himself becomes narrative voice of the story. Then Victor resumes the story narrative, followed by Walton again, and concluding with the monster. It’s a great book and I recommend it. Review: Good book and worth the money - I enjoyed the story line and the book in this edition was fairly easy to read. Worth the cash for a good evening book.

THIS IS THE BEST BOOKS.
This English edition of “Frankenstein” offers a clear and faithful reading of Mary Shelley’s classic. The narrative preserves its original intensity, combining science, psychological terror, and moral reflection. The development of Victor Frankenstein and his creature is well presented, with language that remains accessible even for intermediate English readers. This edition is suitable for anyone wanting to experience the text in its original language without losing readability. It is an essential work for its thematic depth and literary value.

Great Value, Smaller Print Size
Great price and quick delivery. I purchased two copies so I could read it at the same time as my 9th grader. My only concern is that the book itself is smaller in size and the font is fairly small. Just something to be aware of if small print might be limiting or uncomfortable for you. Overall, a good value for the price.

Gracias a Dios lo leí antes que Netflix arruinara la historia e hiciera creen a todos los “fanáticos” de la historia que saben algo al respecto.

Somewhat disappointed
Thought it would be better based on reviews. It works, just not as well as I'd hoped. Still usable though. For what it's worth.

What I liked: -Foldable cardboard packaging - Books received in perfect condition - 100% recyclable material used What I disliked: - prime branding was missing for prime order, but I am sure seller will improve it in future.
