Bought as a gift and they use it all of the time. Great gift idea and worth it!!

Charging cords are very low quality
I would never use the supplied flimsy charging cords for Apple products. One cord didn't work at all and another cycled the power on and off even when the device was placed on a table. The quality is nothing I would ever connect to an iPhone or iPad. Inside the box is only a 4-port cube with rectangular USB connectors connecting to the external plug. There is no way to put a higher powered Apple "power cube" inside the box. However, I am not going to return this because the sturdy box has some DIY potential. My problem is cats who chew charging cords. The box is big enough that I can open it up enough to safely install a small power strip inside, leaving air circulation space in the back to prevent overheating. I can then install standard Apple charging cubes for phone and iPad. I think I can use a small spring to make standard Apple cables somewhat retractable. It doesn't seem big enough for a large MacBook Pro charger to go inside, but it should work for the iPhone 7 and iPad. Not recommended as it ships without doing some significant reconfiguration!
