It comes with 2 sizes for the crown race seat. 26.4, the more common size, and 27.0, the Japanese standard size. You just use the one appropriate size race for your fork. Review: Origin 8 Threadless Headset - The product is well made,great price point. The alloy cups are robust and the cartridge bearings are smooth. I like the plastic seal on the top of the stem cap. This positively keeps any rain from seeping into the bearings. One caveat: I am using an aftermarket carbon fork (w/aluminum steerer tube) that is unusable due to interference between the machined area where the crown race is positioned and the inside diameter of the lower cup. The headset works fine with the stock steel fork.
