I’ve been taking Orthomol Vital F daily, and I feel more balanced and energetic during the day. It’s easy to take, and I like that it has all the important vitamins and magnesium for women. A bit pricey, but the quality really feels worth it. Based on my experience, do not take it at night because it will keep you awake.

So before I go into my story, I'll list short bullet points of the pros and cons of this item first, and I'll go into the details on the reasons why. Pros: - Helps with recovery - Gives energy - Tastes mildly sweet Cons: - Get used up quickly - Can get really really expensive 😭 Let's start with the positive points first since we first bought this product for my wife after she gave birth to our little one since her body was just not recovering even though there was much time spent on rest and on nutrition. Since she didn't want to feel tired all the time when looking after the little one, we decided to purchase this vitamin due to the great views. After giving it a try, she started to feel better and feel more awake, and after taking the vitamins daily for more than a month, her energy levels are higher than mine since she still has alot of energy left even when I'm the one feeling really tired and sleepy, so I can say that these vitamins are effective and quite worthwhile the investment since the alternative would be to go to the hosipital to get some prescriptions, which we didn't want to go down on. Even when I'm low on energy, I'll try one of these vitamins, and it helps me with the energy recovery since I feel really great all throughout the day even when I'm not getting on caffeine through my regular methods of chewing gums and energy drinks. Last but not least, the vitamin is separated into a pill / liquid vitamin where you take them both. I didn't really taste the pill that long since I would swallow it down, but the liquid vitamin tastes citrusly sweet, so the taste-tasting side wasn't too bad even though I had it for several weeks. Now, when we go to the negative parts, the biggest concern is money. Since one box comes with a 30 day supply, it gets used up quickly since the maximum time period that you can have for one person is 30 days, and if you have more people in your household who are taking it, the time duration gets shorter, which distinctly ties with how often you need to purchase a box. Since the cost of each box is around $85, you are paying nearly $100 monthly subscription fee, which can rack up your bills really quickly if you want to get these vitamins for multiple family members. So the price was the only negative aspect of this product since we couldn't keep up with the monthly subscriptions on a regular basis since the cost was too high to maintain. Side Note: Here were some of the tips that we've accrued over several months of usage, and first, don't cheap out! If you really want to get rid of the sleep-deprivation effect and feeling tired all the time, you need to take the vitamins on a daily basis instead of taking one every several days or only on days that you felt tired since we tried to do that approach for a couple of months, and it didn't work out. Second, make sure to consume all of the liquid vitamins by filling the empty bottle up with water, shaking it up, and drinking it down. Since each liquid bottle cost around $3, after you drink the liquid vitamin, fill the empty bottle with water since there is still liquid vitamin stuck on the bottom and on the top of the cap, slosh the water around to get all the liquid vitamin, and get it down in one go. Slightly warm water will help with this process. Third, this vitamin is not for pregnant women since this vitamin has much Vitamin A, which has been known to cause autism if taken with high dosage rate, so make sure to stay away from this vitamin if you are expericing any symptoms of pregancy, and since vitamin doesn't contain enough of Vitamin C, I also take additional supplements of Vitamin C during cold and flu seasons since I found that taking much Vitamin C does help with the recovery process when I'm expericing cold-like symptoms. So all in all, to summarize, I would say that this vitamin is for women who are in need of energy boosts who are feeling tired all the time and want to do something about it, and this vitamin would probably be for people who can financially afford it since this is a high-end multivitamin that you have to re-buy every month.

I swear by this vitamin wasn't a strong vitamin believer until I tried this one I am originally not the healthiest and get sick easily I have tried taking different daily vitamins Wasn't feeling much difference with other vitamins and pill vitamins were making me sick whenever I would have them without a meal My husband found this somewhere and ordered one for me I was feeling lethargic and tired and had this You may think I am kidding but I felt more energized and awake about 15 minutes after I had one It works wonderfully for me, But it does not make much of a difference for my already healthy mother The flavor of the liquid is citrusy, so would not recommend if you cannot eat plain oranges

This product made me sleepy, no energy and caused vomiting and stomach pain. It tasted like it was old and this product is not eligible for return. I would ask a medical professional before using this product. I should’ve researched this before spending $85.
