Good gaming Keyboard
Good price, my son loves it

Good key board but only US layout
Bought for son for Christmas as recommend. Son liked the keyboard but was unable to utilise it due to being a US layout and unable to remap the board. Build quality seemed really good.

excellent customer support
My first Horus keyboard wouldn't charge so couldn't use it on wifi/bluetooth. Redragon customer support were quick to respond and sent a replacement without any quibbles. The replacement worked straight out of the box. The battery doesn't last that long and when it's time to recharge it gave me no warning - it just died. It's easy to hit the wrong key because the key switches are so light - they are easily triggered if you accidently hit an adjacent key; more so than a standard writing keyboard where the occasional misskey won't result in a sentence fall of mistakes. I've noticed that the C key can be a bit temparamental and have had to hit it a few times before it responded. Not sure if this is a 2.4Ghz connetion issue. I don't use this for gaming but I guess the light keys give a very quick response time. A few of the character keys don't have the traditional symbols on. For instance the number 3 key has Hash symbol on it but hitting Shift + 3 gives you a £ and the apostrophe symbol gives you a @ with the shift key instead of a double apostrophe. The media buttons work ok - with some applications you need to press the Pause button before adjusting the sound via the built in wheel as it appears to disengage very quickly. Other users appear to have the same issue but if you press the pause button quickly on and off to re-engage the system, the wheel will adjust the volume. I don't know what the Redragon software does - whenever I open it, it says the keyboard is disconnected even when it's charging with the cable connected - so I uninstalled it. I think it does what is expected of it and the RGB lighting is nice and bright and it has a nice low profile which counteracts some of my niggles about the light key pressure and a couple of the key cap symbol assignments. I haven't tried to program any of the macros yet. The best thing about this keyboard is that customer services will respond if you have any issues. It's a sorry state of affairs in the world when that comes as a surprise, but having a human being take responsibility for their product has become like gold dust and they were great, clearly because I had a faulty product. I bought this after my Corsair K70 RGB Mk2 died (my fault for messing with the keys) and I didn't want to pay another £150 for a new one. It's not a patch on the Corsair but it was also well under half the price of the Corsair on Black Friday and is a good alternative if you can put up with some basic issues. 4 stars for brightness because it goes into sleep mode very quickly. 4 stars for Ergonomic because of a few key cap symbol assignments and the overly light key switches. 4 stars for gaming because an accidental press of a 'Crouch' or 'Throw Grenade' key could spell disaster in the heat of frenzied battle. 3 to 4 stars overall because, whilst it looks nice, this is not a premium product. I bought mine for £65 but wouldn't pay more for it.

Good value for money
I have owned and used this keyboard for over a year and it has been an amazing tool for my workflows. I have used it in both personal and professional capacity. I love the fact that it was so easy to set up and use. The key height, the key stroke, the switches everything are really nice especially at the price point. The option to be able to connect to different devices is amazing.

Good wireless budget keyboard that will hopefully last.
Nice feel and size of the keyboard, the latency is basically unnoticeable. On the first charge I got roughly 40 hours of light~medium usage. I wish it lasted longer but certainly not bad for the sale price. Few other little things about the keyboard I don't particularly like, but that's down to personal preference. So for me this is 3*.

Buy something a bit more expensive
Be very careful when you buy one of these it's and odd layout and once charged the charge does not last long, I keep it plugged in all the time, so not much use as a wireless keyboard.

Love it
Amazing keyboard for this price. I got the one with red switch. I mainly need it for typing, not gaming, and a lot of gaming keyboard are uncomfortable for the purpose. This have has low keys and I find it comfortable for prolonged typing as well. Although, if it has low keys option, I think I would have chosen the brown switch as it should be more "clickable" apparently - this one still has a click, but it's more quiet... Love the color spectrum and all the options. I personally didn't have issues with downloading the software either. It is a US keyboard, so it takes a bit of time to get used to smaller "enter" key, but other than that, I'm happy with the product. Also love small details, like how the cable has usb c adapter atached. Also, I haven't tried to use it in wireless mode (don't need that)...

Keys way too sensitive.
First the return key has been split into 2 with 1 half replaced with a \ key. Though it is actually a # key when you press it. I have seen this once before but why change from the standard format. I dont think i have ever heard anyone ever say 'the return key is to big on this keyboard'. Please stop doing this. Second and most impotantly the keys are way too sensitive. When playing a game you'll be riding/running along a bridge or somewhere and all of a sudden your character will suddenly turn left and run off the bridge to your death. All this because your finger slightly glanced/rested on a key. It's horrible. Third due to point two you'll be pressing/tapping other keys in a fight and all of a sudden the keyboard will press a random key because the slight vibration of tapping a button activates another one. Many a time in a boss fight all of a sudden i cannot taunt/sunder and the next thing i know the chat box has been activated and i've sent my mate a message saying '1111qwaw' or something. All in all i would say stay clear. I find it unusable. It's such a shame because the quality of the keyboard is great, it looks great, it's just been let down by oversensitive keys.

I have sensitive hands after my car wreck back in 1996 and must have a bvoard that is easy to use and soft tot he touch. I prefer chocolate or chicklet keys, but they are hard to maintain. Thsi board took some geting used to and I had to put the rubber dampers under the keycaps, but it is really not all that bad. The keys are soft and smooth and I can type for a good while without pain. I learned very quickly that Redragon has some hidden features in their higher end boards that they don't include in the manual ((I don't care to have to find out stuff like that with no included instructions *Batteries not included) kind of thing)).. like holding Fn+W causes the WASD to change over to the arrow keys or back.. kind of did that by accident. It is really nice to have an on KB function key for the calculator again, I've missed that. I have had a few other Redragon products over the years and have been far less satisfied than I am with this board. FYI folks... Be sure the product says that it uses the "Pro Software" as their regular soft is annoying and lacks essential features, including firmware updates. The pro soft is no bother at all and is not even necessary to run after you program this board. Bluetooth connects just fine, but I have not tested the Wi-fi dongle. Some folks have questioned the metal top... It's a bit thinner than some, but is still sturdy and I have no complaints. I have tested the key puller and used the cap puller to put on the keyboard dampers. The actual key puller is a bit tricky and I am considering buying a better one for future use, but it works... just take care to not scratch the surface fo the board and be patient.. The key wiiiiiil come out.. it's just in there rather tightly. It is an A+++++ mention that they send tbothy pullers and 5.. count it FIVE replacement keys with this model.. I didn't like the cheap cord they sent with it.. REALLY cheap and short, so I got a nice one, at least it was a right angle cord at the KB side. The box presentation is very nice and smooth and sleek in design... I really appreciated the aesthetics, and the inner packing was quality.. The price point is also, most excellent.. You just can't beat $41.99 for a keyboard this decent with genuine Cherry MX keys and all the accessories.. You can easily find additional replacement keys online from aliexpress, just look fro REDRAGON SMD RGB MX Low Profile 5.5 switch. One last thing.. When you go to the website to DL the soft be sure to get the "Cherry MX" model of the soft or it won't see the Keyboard.. In conclusion.. This is a good keyboard and I can logically satisfactorily recommend it. Take care fo ti and it will last you a long time. Namaste.

Excellent product quality; it is a robust and reliable cable.

Was in need for a cheaper replacement of my Corsair K68. The USB-C cable is too short for my workplace, so i advise you to buy a longer cable. No overkill of options like corsair has. Happy customer so far. Will check out more products of Redragon.
