Gave this as a Christmas gift to one of my employees who really likes all things Halloween. It worked so well it brought a tear to his eyes. One of the coolest mugs I’ve ever seen. All the other people in my office want one now.

Got this for my zombie loving friend. He first asked why I got him a black cup. N I said just make coffee. Lol he loves drining from it and uses it all the time.

I bought this mug as a gift for my Dad who loves The Walking Dead, but I wanted to test it out before I gave it to him, just in case it was a "dud." At first I was worried, because I washed it in hot soapy water, and there was no change. So then I tried again with boiled water from a kettle, and it worked just fine, and looked great! But just to be sure, I tried it one more time with fresh hot coffee, and again, it worked like a charm. I'm quite sure he's going to love it! And I got to test it out, so bonus for me! Just to be thorough, be sure you don't use it in the microwave or dishwasher. I guess it could alter the special black "disapearing" paint or something.

This does work and looks good. My only complaint is that when sitting at room temp, you can see that something is there. You can’t really make it out, but you know that something is going on. It would better if you couldn’t see anything, but it’s still a cool mug and my horror movie obsessed daughter really liked it.

I got this for my mom and made sure to check this out with some hot water first. It took a very long time for it to turn and when it finally did, the picture was not as vibrant as I thought it would be. The bloody hands were more noticeable then the body and head. I am not sure if that is how it is supposed to be, but in the picture it seems more prominent. I am sure she will still like it. At least I hope so.

Great product. Suprised the person that received it as a gift. They thought it was a black coffee mug until hot liquid was used.

This was purchased as a gift for someone who loves all things concerning, dealing with, and about Zombies. It was fun to watch it change as the hot coffee was poured in and the zombie appeared. The price was reasonable for a specialty coffee mug. ~Be aware, it is not microwaveable. Says that right in the description.

I was expecting a bigger size and it’s not an amc the walking dead official one. For the price I was expecting more.
