Item received was not what was pictured or described. The one pictured is a Crestwood Platinum. The one I received was a Montvale Platinum. See image.

item arrived with a sticker residue on inside
I expect much better when spending this much on a cup. Item arrived with partial sticker residue on inside. Vendor could not even take the time to remove. This is just sad. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.
