Going to start taking Arginine but this stuff actually does something just be consistent and it does help the pumps in the gym honestly

They are very difficult to swallow !! I do not have an issue with pills as large as these, but the difficulty is a combination of the size and the texture of the pill itself . Trying to swallow it usually takes 3 or 4 attempts with a mouthful of water.
