It tastes good, nothing weird. Works as it should as a homeopathic relief for a cold, etc. Only thing I wish they left out of the ingredients is the maltodextrin.

Please read the ingredients thoroughly before drinking. This is an herbal blend, and some people may be allergic to its ingredients. The sweetness comes from monkfruit (luo gan huo), which is also used as a “cooling” herb in traditional Chinese medicine. If you are allergic to any gourds, this might not be for you.

My Go-To Hot Drink When a Cold Is Coming On! 🤧
This hot drink is a comforting staple during cold season. It dissolves easily in hot water and has a pleasant, soothing taste, making it much easier to take than pills when you’re not feeling well. I appreciate that it’s homeopathic and clinically studied, and it’s gentle enough to use at the first signs of a cold. Drinking it warm is especially calming for sore throats and congestion, and it fits nicely into a nighttime routine when rest matters most. Tip: Sip it slowly before bed and follow with plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and comfortable. I highly recommend this cold relief drink & I hope this review is helpful 👍🏻

Buy before you need
I did not want to have to open this package, but sadly, the flu finally came around my household. This hot drink tastes way better than I assumed that it would. There is a night drink and also a day drink. The night has honey and lemon and there are four packets. The daytime is lemon and it has eight packets. So there are 12 total. The simple fact that these actually make me feel better for a limited time makes these worth the money. There is an expiration date on the back of the package so they must last less than a year. I bought these ahead of time so I would have them in case we had an illness. I’m glad I had them on board. These would be really good mixed in with hot tea. They are just OK by themselves. When you were sick, you were looking for any way to feel better even if it’s for two minutes. I suggest getting these ahead of the time of the illness.
