So if you are looking for a drink for you or your teens, this is it. There are no stimulants like some of the energy drinks. Energy drinks are now being scrutinized for their damaging affects particularly on young adults and teens. Anyways, I love the taste of the Tru Dream product. It now has less ingredients than before and my teens love it. If I buy from Amazon, the price is much less than then Gatorade or soda at the store. This is a small business that was started by 2 guys and I believe they will be going places with their products. If you are on the fence about purchasing the Tru products I would highly recommend taking my advice "try it!" I like the slimmest of the cans they fit in my car cup holders. No chemicals, no fake sugar and the carbonation is refreshing. I love this product! This is the 4th time I have bought this product from Amazon!

Can you guys please bring back the old formula for True Dreams Sparkling Cherry Berry? The new one may have better Yuka scores, but it tastes so bad. I really miss the old taste. Or at least give us the option to choose between the old formula and the new one, because the new one is really bad.

I like these Tru drinks, especially the Cherry Berry drink just before bed. The sparkle in the water is mild and the ingredients help me to fall asleep. I could tell the difference with my night time sleep ritual, and I don't wake up groggy in the morning. More effective than some products I tried to get to sleep at night. Highly recommend and some of their other products too.

I liked the flavor of this product, but then I realized the reason I wasn't getting good sleep when drinking it was that the ingredients list shows it contains maltodextrin. Although it claims to be sugar-free, maltodextrin is worse than sugar, with a higher glycemic index. Beware and read your labels!

I love this stuff. I found it randomly at a beverage center and decided to try it. I liked it so much, i bought it on here afterwards. Its got 3mg of melatonin, which isn't a ton, but it also has other ingredients to promote relaxation. It doesnt put me to sleep, but once I do fall asleep, I get a great night's sleep. Plus, it tastes good.
