This lovely carafe looks very elegant on any table or desk. Keeps my coffee warm long enough (about 3 hours) for the amount of coffee that it holds. The opening is a little small but that's what a bottle brush is for and voila!

I love this carafe for my coffee creamer. It keeps the cream cold long enough for several cups of coffee and is a breeze to clean.

Purchased these to insulate half and half for coffee bar service. They were OK. I love that they are almost 100% stainless steel. And the insulated air space held up well over several years of occasional use. However, the lower stars are because of a few issues: one is that we had to permanently label the lids and sides to alert customers of the need to first "pop the top a crack open and THEN pour" because we had many accidents of folks just thinking it would self-pour and the lid suddenly pops out and there's a huge half-and-half mess all over now to clean up. Even with the labels this still happened probably once or twice a month until we physically kept these carafes away from customers until asked, then when we handed them to folks we verbally had to inform them how to use it to not create a mess. If that were the only thing it still might be ok, but also the lids and seals get covered with milk with every pour and are challenging to clean well. Most of my staff could not do it and the lids would start to stink as old milk was hidden in the cracks and crevices. The only thing that worked was to deep soak the entire unit in strong bleach water weekly. Lastly, the pin that holds the lid on is not made of steel but plastic of some kind and so it gave way long before the life of the carafe was done. Poops. I think I'll try a new brand and/or design next time.

The lid being plastic, it is the only weak point in the design, overall though, it's well made. We ordered this for our in house barista bar in January. The lid fell off recently so we contacted the seller as there is a 5 year warranty. We had a replacement unit in about a week. This does a great job of keeping the creamer cold and is easy to use once you get used to the flip top (flips all the way open with light pressure). Based on the customer services alone I would order this again.

Cute carafe and just the right size to go with my Chemex. But not a good purchase. There is not much of a spout to pour from, it's more of a straight edge shape and coffee goes everywhere. I'm returning it.

I've been working from home for a LOT of years now (waaaay before COVID), and one of the things that gets me moving in the morning is a nice pot of French press coffee. I normally make a full pot, toss half in my mug, and the other half in the carafe so I can fill myself back up a little later on and still have everything be nice and hot. This is a replacment for one I bought so far back that I don't even remember when, where the coating on the handle finally gave up the ghost and started getting a bit rough in one spot. For something that's a literal "daily use" item I felt I got more than my money's worth and was pleased to find that Isosteel was still manufacturing the same carafe years later.

Overall this is a great little pitcher, however if you push the top closed all the way, and then start to pour and squeeze the handle, it will POP open and whatever is inside of it goes all over the table. I use it for cream when I have guests over for coffee, and I try to leave the top slightly open so the contents will flow as soon as it is angled to a pouring position. But if someone seals the top all the way, then there will be a huge mess of cream all over the place the next time someone uses it. .
