Is this cap suitable for long hair?

For the ones that had success keeping water out of ears, what's the trick? The first 15 minutes were great and then there was water non-stop!

I use an underwater audio system that uses earplugs and rarely get water in my ears. It is only if I do not put the earplugs in properly that I get water in my ears.

Does the cap keep your headphones dry?

Mine keeps my earplugs dry, occasionally when I don’t have the earplugs in my ear as tight as they should be a little water gets in my ear, but I have been using both for over a year and have had no issues. I also let them dry well after swimming.
