Does this work on bluray players?

I don't know. I do not have any blueray players.

On a 5 disc dvd or cd player do I have to run cleaner through each individual slot

I am no expert but on a multi disk system it should be run on a carousel system. If you're still having problems loading I would suggest compressed air canister as well.

How long does the cleaning process take?

it's easy to use and it only takes a few minutes(maybe two or three) to perform the cleaning cycle.

Will this work with a laptop?

I don't think so. I have a laptop and I had to buy another device to play CDs.
