Solid build. 4 stars only due to same as some others had complaint about threading issue. Mine encountered when screwing the 3/4 to 1/2 adapter on the outlet side. The adapter went in slanting. Take note of this, it's real.

I like that it’s very well made and was fairly easy to install. I wish the cartridge cylinder had a manual drain on it as a drain would make it much easier to change the filter without spilling water. Don’t get me wrong, because a bucket held under the cartridge cylinder works but it’s messier than it needs to be. Filtration is excellent!

I’m very happy with the Culligan WH-S200-C Whole House Water Filter. It works great and has made a noticeable difference in my water, especially with reducing the amount of iron. Culligan is a good name brand, so I felt confident buying it, and so far it has lived up to expectations. One feature I really like is the built-in on/off/bypass switch. It makes changing filters or bypassing the unit much easier without having to shut everything down. Overall, this is a solid whole-house filter that does exactly what I needed it to do. I would definitely recommend it. Don't forget to have Alexa set a reminder for you to change it every couple of months!
