Is this basically the same thing as 1 step sealant from Griots in a red bottle and a few bucks more?

I believe the 1-Step Sealant has some abrasive qualities in order to polish and seal in one step. The Boss Sealant only seals.

Is this a sealant like jetseal? Or is it a 4th stage of the polish system with some protection added? And how long does it last if it is a sealant?

I doubt believe it is a jetseal as you asked. I use it right after a car wash for a protective shield. How long does it last, again I use it right a car, so it is never exposed for more than 4 weeks at anytime.

This or Collonite #845 wax?

I do not know, however, the company web site is excellent at getting the true response and I strongly suggest using them
