Pretty prolific success this summer
These had a very nice germination rate, and are proving to be quite hardy once they get going. Doing well in the garden and starting to see some cucumbers forming on the trellis. I started mine in smaller deep pots, they were easy to harden off and took to the raised bed transplant quickly with some bone and blood meal amendment and a good soaking. (Using drip irrigation). Update - these are growing like gangbusters now and starting to prolifically provide nice cucumbers. They taste delicious, sliced raw with a sprinkle of salt and pepper; juicy and they seem to have a robust picking window (I've taken to harvesting even before the flowers drop, simply because they're getting too big!). The mature cucumbers have mild prickles, but are easily knocked off with a glove or robust wipe down after washing. Will definitely start these next growing season, the one true success in my garden this summer so far!

Lost count cucumbers harvested 2025!!!
These seeds kept producing beautiful harvests of cucumbers throughout spring & summer, and into late fall. I lost count of how many cucumbers I harvested, but know I was able to make my fav cucumber, tomato salad almost weekly.

Seeds are old! Packaged for past 2025 growing season not for 2026 Growing season.
Received 11/18/25, these seeds were packaged for 2025 Season which is now well past this season in Pennsylvania. I don't expect the germination rate will be as high as 98% as stated, in the next 2026 growing season of which is the earliest of which I will be able to use them. I usually get two (2) growing seasons out of my purchased heirloom seeds. But now I will have to harvest seeds from my next Marketmore 76 cucumber crop.

Very solid performer early in the season
These grow really well on my cattle panel trellis and have already produced 10 cucumbers early in the season. Now Iโm searching for pickle recipes!

Challenges with Germination - Purely Organic Heirloom Cucumber Seeds
I recently purchased the Purely Organic Products Purely Organic Heirloom Cucumber Seeds (Marketmore 76), drawn by their promise of being certified organic, non-GMO, open-pollinated, heirloom seeds with USA origin. The prospect of growing my own cucumbers from seeds that check all the boxes for sustainability and purity was exciting. Upon receiving the packet, which contains approximately 100 seeds, I was eager to get started and followed all the recommended steps for planting. The packaging and presentation of the seeds were reassuring, underscoring the quality and care Purely Organic Products puts into their offerings. However, I've encountered an unexpected challenge. Despite my best efforts and closely following the planting instructions, the seeds did not germinate as anticipated. This has been a disappointing setback, especially considering the high hopes I had for integrating these cucumbers into my garden. Understanding that various factors can affect germination, including environmental conditions and timing, I'm not ready to give up on these seeds just yet. I plan to attempt germinating more of them very soon, as to not miss much of the growing season. My hope is that a second attempt will yield better results and that the initial failure to germinate is just a minor hiccup in what will ultimately be a successful growing experience. For now, my review must reflect my initial experience, which has been less than ideal due to the germination issues. However, I remain hopeful and look forward to updating this review with more positive news after my next attempt at planting. Given the circumstances, I would rate these seeds with 1 out of 5 stars, keeping in mind that my rating could improve should the next batch of seeds germinate successfully. For fellow gardeners considering these cucumber seeds, it may be beneficial to start with a small batch for testing germination rates before committing to planting them extensively.
