CAN'T USE THESE UP WITHOUT GIVING A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Demands your number when setting up on your T.V. I have no intentions of buying anything so there is NO reason for them to ask for my CC information; item would AND SHOULD work without CC information!! Don't need my info in another place where people can hack and steal. Just another way of imposing on your privacy. Found you can use your cell phone to operate your T.V. without having to keep buying remotes that fail in a couple of months.

Just what I needed
My previous Roku remote started scrolling through the menu continuously. I suspected it was an IC chip malfunction. I ordered this remote for my Roku 3930X and it was plug and play. Just be sure to check the model number on your Roku device and that the same number appears in the item description. This one worked for me.
