Rhodiola

My mind is blown. This Rhodiola Rosea (3% Rosavin) is hands down the most effective and impressive natural supplement that I've ever taken! I experiment with plenty of other vitamins, minerals, foods, herbs, and supplements, etc., but nothing has ever affected me in such a powerfully positive way. Up until this point, L-Theanine (the calming amino acid in green tea, especially Matcha) had been my favorite supplement. I later combined the two supplements in one amazing, synergistic capsule. A few days ago, I took my first 1/8 tsp. dose of rhodiola, which I'd put into size 00 gelatin capsules. Within a couple hours, I suddenly realized that I was completely "in the zone," getting things done without a second thought. I was super relaxed yet focused, had intense mental clarity, and I was literally smiling with happiness and a blossoming sense of total peace and wellbeing. I was buzzing with a comfortable and confident sort of energy, excitement, and anticipation. I was like, "OK, what's next? What am I going to accomplish right in this moment?" Since my first dose, I haven't had any negative side effects, I don't feel like my heart is pumping too fast, or that my brain is in hectic overdrive; I'm not shaky or nervous or feeling bad in any way. My irritation and frustration just seem to melt away, and I have a quiet, but solid sense of purpose, and a clearer vision for my future, along with plenty of creative and realistic ideas and solutions. I can stay cool and level-headed in situations that might have otherwise aggravated me. The reason all of these changes are so significant is because I suffer from a chronic pain & fatigue related illness.. or two. I've also had a non-stop chronic headache for the past 20 years straight... and for the past 12 hours, my head has felt totally normal, which feels extremely abnormal. The pain has minimized to a point I haven't experienced in many years. That concept alone doesn't even make sense to me, because I don't remember living pain-free. I'm not going to get my hopes up too high, but believe me, this is nothing short of a miracle for me. This is perfect for athletes, artists, writers, designers, performers, students, people with hectic work and life schedules, those with autoimmune disorders and other chronic conditions, chronic pain, depression, bipolar disorder, BPD, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, low immune function, weight loss struggle, etc. I can't properly express to you in in words how much better my life has already become, within just a few short days. Everything inside me feels brighter and lighter, and my thoughts are increasingly cohesive and clear, a luxury that I've lost much of in the past few years due to illness and fibrofog. Despite my all-over moderate to severe chronic pain, I seem to be able to handle it better mentally than I would expect from most people in the same boat. That is a crucial factor for those with chronic pain. Being mentally and emotionally in control can be a powerful tool in managing the damaging cycle of stress and pain, which helps your body heal itself more effectively. I fully believe that this Rhodiola Rosea (3% Rosavin) is an extremely effective natural alternative to toxic drugs, both OTC and prescription. For me, my energy, motivation, cognition, creativity, and mood are the most obvious areas of improvement so far. I gave some of these capsules to my mom, who deals with stress from work, and chronic health issues herself. Her sense of humor, willingness, positive and laid-back behavior, sharper memory, open-mindedness, patience, mental clarity, and ability to think outside the box, actually EXIST now. She's already become a much better, stronger, more relaxed, but motivated version of herself. She's more excited about rhodiola than I've ever seen her excited about anything. She seems like she's become younger overnight. It's astonishing. Because our minds and bodies are all different, I cannot say for sure how rhodiola will affect you all as individuals. I firmly believe that prevention is important, and a lot easier to maintain than reversing illness after the fact. Please show yourselves some well-deserving love! I wouldn't be mad at ya if you decide to try this supplement out. It makes you feel so pleasant that unless you have a weird reaction to it, I believe your everyday life and health can improve greatly from regular consumption. For the first time in a long while, I'm remembering dreams more clearly, and at night, I can lie in bed feeling calm and pleasant, like nothing in the world can bring me down. Good luck- I wish you all good health! ♡

I’ve been taking this organic Rhodiola Rosea supplement for about a month and a half now, and I do feel like it’s helping. It’s very easy to take—the included 400 mg scoop is tiny (as you can see compared to a quarter), so it’s quick to mix and drink. For me it checked all my boxes and the research I did on the company’s products all checked out. • Help with my sluggish adrenals • High workload / entrepreneurial stress • Focus on natural (non-pharmaceutical) support • Desire for energy without caffeine My recommendations: Best taken earlier in the day (morning or early afternoon). Can be mildly energizing → not great right before bed I usually just mix it into a few ounces of water and drink it down. Since I tend to use filtered cool water, I’ll sometimes use a small electric whisk to help it blend better. It works just fine that way, but if you used warmer water—more like a tea—it would probably dissolve even easier. One thing I personally do is transfer the powder into a glass jar after opening. I prefer that over keeping it in plastic or paper packaging, just for peace of mind and to help maintain freshness. I just cut the label and use a rubber band to keep it attached to the jar during use. (Label helps by keeping the light out too) Overall, it’s been a simple addition to my routine, easy to take, and so far, I’m happy with the results for More steady energy (not spikes/crashes), better stress tolerance and clearer thinking.

I take this product every day in my protein shakes. It helps with belly fat and cholesterol. It’s one of the better things to help with that so absolutely love this product. I would suggest anybody that’s trying to lose weight and feel better.

My girlfriend likes it a lot and it really works for her. For me, I also find it effective, particularly in combination with Bacopa and caffeine and that sort of thing---when I need a boost of mental power or creativity. However, I don't feel good later and I would not be surprised if it has some heavy metals. But I am a delicate creature and normal folks would probably dig it.

Not sure how to rate the value yet, maybe next year. I just received this product and took some in plain water. I found it took some stirring to get it to dissolve in room temp water, and it had little to no taste. I had read comments about it being bitter so I was prepared for it to be bitter. Update: I still have not experienced a noticeable change since using this product. I have also tried different dosages and still nothing. I believe the reviewers that say it works and the reviewers that say it doesn’t work, because we are all very different. Our ages, diets, lifestyle, and level of health all play a roll. I am willing to give his product time. As for the taste, I add it my herbal coffee in the morning and sometimes I’ll have more in some herbal coffee. It dissolves much better in warm liquid. I also think it improves the taste of my herbal coffee. Yesterday I had to expiramnet and see what people meant by bitter and “ Drying” so I put some dry powder in my mouth., yes it was slightly bitter and not very tasty by itself like that. And as for the drying, no it didn’t dry my mouth out. Good luck to all of you trying Rhodiola and thank you to everyone for your reviews - the good, bad and ugly.

I am very pleased with this Rhodiola Rosea powder. The quality appears excellent, and the powder is fresh and easy to mix into smoothies, teas, or other beverages. I appreciate that it contains active compounds and comes in a convenient powder form. The packaging is good, and a little goes a long way. If you're looking for a quality rhodiola supplement, this is a great option. Highly recommend!

I don’t know what this is really for, but I saw a commercial on it on TikTok and it made the ladies legs look wonderful so I bought it. I haven’t seen any change and I have to admit that there wasn’t a lot in the little pouch had a very little small, scoop so I guess I didn’t need a lot. I have been taking it daily. Haven’t seen any
