Perfect for EK Civic a/c lines
These were a perfect fit for both of my low and high pressure a/c lines on my 1996 Honda Civic EK hatchback. I previously purchased a different set of caps on amazon but the high pressure cap didn't fit. This kit is convenient because there are multiple types of caps for both high and low pressure. Appear to be durable enough for it's main purpose.

Worked on 2006 Toyota 4Runner low-side
Very nice little set of valve cores. The low-side valve core on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner was leaking so I bought this kit to replace it. Admittedly, prior to this you could have taken all my automotive AC repair knowledge and fit it in the belly button of a lady bug, but I was confident enough that one of sizes of valve cores in this kit would fit so I rolled the dice and purchased it. As it turns out, my low-side valve core was a “JRA” style fitting (the fatter looking of the cores shown in the picture). These size cores are also called “GA 1531” style valve cores. I’m not even going to even try suggesting that this kit will work on your vehicle (unless you have a 2006 4Runner) since I’ve read enough reviews to know that there are a lot of different style valve cores and most vehicles take different size fittings for the low-side and high-size valves. But, will tell you that you can check out polarbearinc.com/Webstore/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_ID=80 and this site has a pretty good page that shows the different types of valve cores which may help you figure out what you need. I can tell you that this kit comes with two GA 1531 (or JRA) cores and two GA 1528 (standard flow) cores. Anyway, I purchased a separate tool (Mastercool 58531) to install the core without losing any refrigerant and this fixed my leaky valve.

Cold ac is back again!!!
Perfect fit!!! This is a 2000 Honda Odyssey EX. For some reason this minivan lost all the freon. I didnt know where the system was leaking. So I added freon to the system and I noticed that it started leaking from the low pressure valve. So I decided to buy these valves and caps. I changed both, low and high pressure valves with a new cap. They did solve my leaking problem. Now my AC is working great. After 16 years of use, the minivan it is cold enough here down in Mexico. I live in a tropical place. Very happy and I did it myself. Thank u!!!!

2006 HONDA Civic leaking valve. Saved me a trip to the Shop.
I noticed that my 2006 Honda civic was leaking at the low side ( Noticed when I opened the valve cap and hear a quick hiss ). My AC was not cooling at low RPM and gauge was reading almost or near overcharged. I guess due to over filling with Freon or air ( empty can ) . I basically removed the low side ( Using the big valve of the kit ) using a long valve remover tool ( bike valve tool is too short ). Also did High pressure side just in case ( Thin valve in kit - I think but check size when removed ). Once installed I connected a small can of R134a on low side filling AC while depressing High side valve to purge out the air in the system ( about 5-7 sec ). Now I believe I used 1 1/2 cans of Freon and got to about 43 psi ( Green area on gauge ). Now I can survive these 90 degree weather. lol

Does not fit 2003 Silverado Reg Cab 4.8L engine AC service ports
I often used the Amazon "my garage" option to find and buy parts for my truck. It showed green and said this would fit. Most of the time it is right but not this time. The little kit is nicely made. They look like quality parts, they are just the wrong parts for my truck. Anyway, don't believe the my garage check - if they don't look like your part then don't buy them.

Nice variety of sizes
There is not much to say on these. The valves sealed well and the caps seem to be good quality. I will save the other sizes for future A/C service.
