I have an pug who has developed a habit of licking everything – cushions, sofas and even the carpet. I bought this to try and discourage the behaviour and it has worked really well. I simply spray it on the area she’s been licking and the bitter taste puts her off straight away. This is actually my second purchase because it worked so well the first time. I’d definitely recommend it if you have a dog that constantly licks furniture or other surfaces.

Quickly stopped our puppy chewing things. The only issue was when we had sprayed all the likely targets, he started on the unlikely ones. All good, and helped us through that difficult phase.

I have a very stubborn Rottweiler who has been obsessively licking a wound on his back right paw, and ripping off the bandage to chew on it. Specifically it’s a weeping sore from an interdigital cyst which has been excised, but unfortunately not had a chance to heal. I think my video says it all! I had just finished cleaning and bandaging it up, sprayed about 6-7 sprays of this on the bandage and his foot and had washed my hands. I turned around and started filming…I’m very hopeful from his reaction, but not sure the look of betrayal will leave his eyes any time soon! 😅

Would have given this a higher score but it inly works while wet as soon at it drys puppy is back to biting. Way way to expensive for such a small bottle. Shame as would have liked to give a higher score.

This spray is for spraying on dog to stop fur biting scratching and dogs chewing their own coats. I’m amazed that people spray it on furniture etc. it really works to stop dogs pulling their coats out.

Bought this as my 6 month month old puppy kept chewing stones in the garden. Used it once and it had no effect. In fact it made her chew them more !! It might work for other animals just not mine.

This works well for our 2 dogs as they hate the smell and taste. They have been chewing the edge of the carpet, since using it....no more chewing.

This was recommended by a friend (it works brilliantly to stop her lab’s chewing the furniture) sadly for my lab it only works for a very short time and has to be re applied very regularly. Having said that I would still say give it a try
