For use on aluminum horse trailer, can it go directly over existing caulking?

Yes.. as long as the tape covers over caulk or silicone on both sides at least an inch.

Can it be installed with two layers over screw heads?

What I usually do is clean off all of the old layers over screw heads, wipe down the area to be covered with Lacquer Thinner, put a small amount of new caulking on top of the screws and while it is curing, put the EternaBond over the entire set of screws keeping them in the middle of the tape run.

Will it work on a metal mobile home roof to cover over the seams before kool sealing

I put it on a Winnebago roof that was a sheet of aluminum. It works very well and seals leaks. It is very sticky and sticks to anything it touches so you have to be careful in application. Once it touches something it is difficult to impossible to remove it. Very pleased with the product and would use it again.

This tape is expensive but very effective. Would not take a chance with less expensive brands.

Works great! Used around edges of my camper and around air conditioner and skylights. Seals wonderfully. The adhesive is very strong once applied it’s very difficult to remove once it’s been there for a while the glue will be hard to remove the quality is great

I have to say I was a but disappointed with this, I thought it was going to stick to my pvc and never come off buy sadly I had to buy an adhesive to put underneath, my wall and pvc were a new build, I cleaned both services with a mini blower the surface brush but it refused to stick and yes I did remove the film lol, now its up and doing its job, also looks good. Hope this helps.
