The larger Allen key head pops off

I have a Trek Verve 3 and need a tool to handle all adjustments (not intended for chain, spokes, tires). Will this tool suit my needs? Thanks!

Strangely enough, I also have a Verve 3 and this tool. As far as I know, this tool will cover all your needs. I believe it has hex sizes for all the bolts on the Verve 3.

Does this tool have a common/flat blade screw driver, picture does not seem to show one, seems like you should have one?

Sorry, there is no flat blade screw driver on this Topeak mini tool. I also carry a small tool similar to a Swiss Army knife that has a flat blade, pliers, etc. You might consider a Swiss Army knife or just go down to Harbor Freight or the local hardware store and buy a stubby, small flat blade. Hope this helps you out.
