The workouts are easy to follow and quite effective for whole body stretch.

I wanted a yoga workout that moved from posture to posture without holding or a lot of instruction and to last a half hour. This dvd is perfect! Rodney Yee is a great instructor, gives a good range of poses and workout times fit easily into my morning. Very pleased

3 separate workouts with this DVD. The 1st one, Vinyasa, moves a bit fast, even for Vinyasa so I have to really pay attn or I'm behind. The 2nd one is more core and honestly, way hard. The 3rd, is Power yoga and it's a bit easier to follow than the Vinyasa. I've done the Vinyasa and half of the power, definitely felt the next day in my abs (YAY!!). I like the instructor, Rodney Yee. He's clear & does the entire work out without a break (very important for those of us who do yoga every day). Each work out isn't too long--no more than 20 minutes, so if you're strapped for time, it's still doable and you can do one then another, like I do. This DVD will definitely be in my yoga DVD rotation. If the Vinyasa was slightly slower and each workout was slightly longer, I would give it 5 stars.

I absolutely love this DVD, but it's not for beginners. There are three yoga workout sets: flow yoga, core yoga, and strength yoga. Flow yoga is a bit more fast-paced and goes through a lot of mountain poses to forward bends to down dogs. Core yoga focuses on the abs. Strength yoga focuses on arms and back, so there is a lot of planks to pushups. I feel challenged by all three sets. I don't sweat a ton or anything, but I do feel like this DVD pushes me more than many of his other ones. If you are looking for something more simple and slow, I'd recommend: Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners - for very, very beginners. This DVD is basically worthless to me now. A.M. Yoga for Your Week - slightly more advanced, but still moves slowly through poses Rodney Yee's Yoga for Your Week - my other favorite DVD, moves more quickly, lots of variety

Really love this dvd! I’ve been a huge fan of Rodney Yee for 20+ years and this dvd is one of my favorites. I’m not too keen on the ‘Flow Yoga’ just because I like to stay in the positions a little bit longer than any flow yoga allows you to (and that’s completely my opinion) but with that being said I absolutely love this dvd! I do it several times a week with the variation of his other DVD’s.

Title of this set of practices is true to its word. For 3.5 years, I've practiced with a much earlier of his vides--A.M. Yoga for Your Week. However, on seeing this video title, I decided to give it a try. Wow! It's wonderful. There are three practices, Flow Yoga (24 minutes), Core Yoga (18 minutes), and Power Yoga (22 minutes) . . . but each practice is, in fact, "flowing." It builds upon and expand on those asanas I've been doing these last few years.

I am very happy with this DVD as a self described advanced beginner. For me the Flow Yoga section goes a little too fast but I probably just need to practice it more often. The Core and Power sections are challenging but not intimidating or overwhelming. At my level the whole DVD gives me room to advance. Rodney Yee is a great instructor with a soothing calm voice. His instructions are clear and not distracting from the flow of the postures. It is basically broken down in to 3 20 minute sections that I usually do two at a time or combine with other DVD workouts. I only wish there was a 40 or 50 minute option so that you were not starting and stopping to get a longer workout.

I purchased one for myself as well as a friend. We now refer to him as "our pal, Rodney." The 20 minute sessions are perfect, especially the power yoga. I am a beginner and was easily able to follow along and enjoy. Additionally, because the flows are so logical, I can practice this even when I don't have the DVD.

This is an okay video. Thought it would be more intense. This is better for beginners but it doesnt explain the poses well enough.

I have purchase three of Rodney Yee's videos and enjoy them all.
