How wide are these? Can they be trimmed? I am trying to fit these in a narrow pair of work shoes size 6 in womens.

They are about 2 1/4". They are soft and flexible so they should fit in any size shoe. I don't think they should be trimmed though. The problem I have is that they don't stay in place in most of my shoes. ( I wear an 8 1/2.) Maybe they will fit more snug in a smaller shoe.

this product is ok for Bone Spur ?

I have been using these heel cushions to relieve the plantar fasciitis pain I get when running and while I'm not sure that they would completely eliminate the pain from a bone spur, I do believe these heel cups would provide some comforting effects. You might check if there is a specific product for bone spur. ;)

Will i have to order my shoes a half size up so my foot will fit in the shoe with the insert?

I have not needed to up my size and have used these in multiple pairs of shoes.
