I would like to share with you what Iโve found to be the best purchase Iโve made in 2021. Iโve been using this block to cook my steak and pork chops for over a month and itโs been wonderful. You just place the block in the oven at its highest temperature for 30-40 mins. Take it out with oven heat rated gloves (also bought on Amazon), place some seasoning or kosher salt on the block, and then you place your thawed meat on the heated block. You cook each side to your likeness and I also cut the meat into cubes that can be turned and cooked as well. Within 10-15 minutes youโre eating the best cooked meat youโve ever had in your life. I also get my steaks from Omaha Steaks, use steak seasoning and sauce, and the results are phenomenal. Cleaning this block is easy after it feels warm to the touch. Remember to season your block the first time with olive or vegetable oil per the instructions. After you clean and dry your block you can refresh the oil occasionally (once a week) to keep your block seasoned. I use this block almost daily and if youโre on the fence buy it based on this recommendation.

You would like to use both stones at the same time (serving to people). We also purchased gloves to remove the stones from the oven safely. The stones were easy to heat, fun to use, and I would absolutely give these as a gift. I bought two different sets in two different sizes, made by the same company. They have stood up to frequent use, and would consider purchasing them again for myself if needed. My only complaint was the recommended extra board wasnโt the correct size for the stone. Pay attention to the measurements. I preferred the larger stone set.
