Could I mount this to the bottom of an Ursa mini?

Not quite sure why you would want to but yes. It comes with a number of short 1/4-20 screws that would not bottom out. It is intended for the top to increase the options of mounting more than just the handle

Will this work with a red camera? weapon or epic?

Hello this one can not fit with a red camera

can you mount a anton bauer plate to this

Hello, This is Lawson from SmallRig. We don't recommend mounting an anton bauer plate on this plate. Have a nice day Regards Lawson SmallRig Customer Service

What is the spacing between the two front 1/4 20 holes––in the protruding area at each end––on center (from center to center of the holes)?

Hi, Thanks for your inquiry. Please kindly note that the spacing is 18mm. Sincerely, SmallRig Customer Service
