I blind bought this because of how many people I had heard online and in person talk about how amazing this club is: Forgiving, good feel, very reasonable price. I was sold. Took this bad boy out to the range for the first time and I want to say I didn't hit a single bad drive. Coming hot off the heels of using a 15+ year old Cobra HS9 driver I got at a garage sale, this was like driving a Bentley after only knowing a 1992 Accord. This driver hits the ball extremely straight, far, and consistently. Huge sweet spot for those of us who tend to make a lot of contact with the edge of the club face. If you're looking to get a game improvement driver at a reasonable price, pick this one up and I don't think you'll regret it
Review: Rattle In The Head (Follow up) - To start off, I really love my SiM 2 Max driver. It is the best driver I have ever had! It has an enormous sweet spot, hits true and gives me great control on all types of shots. The only thing is that I purchased the SiM 2 Max on Sept. 5 2024 and it has a rattle inside the head. I haven't had it checked for integrity but I was a bit concerned it may have a problem. Again, I loved the club, but I was concerned about it over the long haul. As a note, I used my Burner driver for over a decade before I had numerous surgeries, sold it, thinking I'd never be able to play again. Anyway, I started playing again and headed straight for TaylorMade. P.S. TaylorMade sent me a new driver to replace the SiM 2 Max - a Q1 10!!! I nearly fell over when I opened the box. WOW! I've used only TaylorMade drivers and none other, here's why - TaylorMade is a company that stands 100% behind their products, makes exceptional drivers and woods and will make every effort to satisfy their customers. BTW I also purchased the TaylorMade SiM 2 Max 3 hybrid - the SiM 2 Max line is AMAZING for my game. Buy one and you'll see what I mean.
