This product is ok. Save your money and just use a heavy bag or punching bag.

An Awesome and Portable Tool!
This is an Awesome tool for building strength in your wrist, and power in your swing. For my baseball training sessions and practices, I was lugging around a huge sliding pad, that doubled as a power bag for hitting. When I saw the BatBanger, I had to get it. The bag has worked great! It's small, light, portable and appears to be durable (only time will tell). I will be purchasing a few more, for each of my cages. Coach Pete
