A tasty compilation!
This is a wonderful cookbook! I am very impressed with the distinct and obvious overlap of the various European cuisines and cultures, which this book makes stunningly clear. Anyone with Celtic and / or Scandinavian ancestry should treat themselves to this tasty compilation post haste!

I needed it to prepare a meal at our church to honor a Pastor of Scottish heritage and all of the recipes we used were very good
I almost gave it five stars, but there were some recipes missing....it discussed haggis, showed photos of haggis, but had no recipe for haggis. There was another recipe for Lorne Sausage with Red Onion Relish, but didn't give a recipe for the relish. Other than that, I needed it to prepare a meal at our church to honor a Pastor of Scottish heritage and all of the recipes we used were very good and we received many great comments about the food.

AGAIN THE MEASUREMENTS WERE NOT IN U.S. MEASUREMENTS AND IT IS NOT EASY TO CONVERT TO OTHERS WHEN YOU WERE BROUGHT UP USING CUPS AND OZ.
