Pushes neck forward. Does not provide desired traction upwards
I purchased this product to provide cervical traction upwards. I had a cervical vertebral fusion of three vertebrae. This product tries to push my vertebrae forwards not upwards, causing me great pain on the fused area. They need to be stretched upwards not pushed forwards. I returned the product.
