12" x 12" photo print on Lustre Paper. Print comes in 16"x "16 white mat, plastic sleeve and signed. If you are unsure about purchasing an item I will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Shipping I ship all orders flat, inside a plastic sleeve and backed with cardboard to ensure safe delivery. I ship all orders USPS Priority with confirmation. I do not insure orders. If you would like insurance I can set up a custom listing for you. International customs are not the responsibility of Vita Di Amore. Refunds and Exchanges Please consider my policies before purchasing. RETURNS/REFUNDS -I offer returns if I sent the wrong item, finish or if there is any error on my part. I do not offer refunds or accept returns if: - the wrong size/item/or paper type was purchased - the listing description was misread - the correct shipping address was not provided - it was a custom order or "made to order" item - the colors do not match your decor - you have changed your mind EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS -I offer exchanges if: - I sent you the incorrect items, a mistake made on my part - Item was damaged during shipping(I do require pictures of damage before a replacement will be sent. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for another reason than listed above you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receipt to discuss a resolution. For agreed upon exchanges: -you will be responsible for returning the item in its original condition/packaging and paying shipping charges for both the returned items and for the exchanged items.
