How does one get this onto their armpit? Does it shake out onto the palms? Does it scratch when applying to underarms?

It does not have a shaker, I pinched about a dime size onto my palm and then sprinkled a couple drops of water into it. Next, I rubbed the mixture on my underarms until it was evenly applied. It does not scratch the underarms, the water dissolves it slightly. Keep an eye while using it, after I used it for a month and a half I developed a rash on my left armpit. I had to stop using it.
