can you still bend your wrist forward? I am two handed bowler so i need to keep my wrist 90 degrees bf release

You can bend your wrist at a 90° angle, but I would not invest in this product. It broke after only very short period of time.

Is there a size chart?

I never noticed a size chart when I purchased this item . The wristband has an adjustable velcro strip that should fit most wrists.
