Worked perfectly. BUT!!! What a pain in the @$$ to install in a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid!!!! I had to remove so many other parts and hoses to get access to the bolts.

Good solid part
Daughters friend had the thermostat temp code. Swapped it in and the code has been clear since( AZ car recent high school grad). The job is a little finicky but drain the coolant into a clean pan and filter it when you put it back in and you can save a few bucks.

Defective thermostat
I literally installed this on my 2007 honda civic ex to fix the check engine light because my cars engine was running to cool and it didn't fix the problem I got a defective part and I decided to buy a thermostat from HONDA themselves. Quality is what you want.

Says the only vehicle it’s not compatible for is an 05 civic thermostat is significantly smaller and will not fit 2004 Honda accord either
