What age and size is it for?

My Carry Potty is designed for ages 18 months to 3 years and fits children up to approx. 38in tall. The seat is 4.3in high and 7.9in wide, and every character is the same size.

How do I open and close it?

Turn the seal counterclockwise and lift the lid to open. To close, press the lid down until it clicks. It's now sealed and leakproof. Watch the how-to video on this page for a quick demo.

The lid feels stuck. What do I do?

If your potty was shipped by air, the change in pressure can make the seal extra tight. Just use the handle of a spoon to gently turn the seal, and it will open.

How do I clean My Carry Potty?

Empty it into the toilet, give it a quick rinse, and wipe it clean. The smooth interior means no liners or refills are needed.

Is it TSA/airplane friendly?

Yes. It's compact and leakproof, so it fits easily in carry-on bags. Check your airline's rules before you fly. After a flight, the seal may feel tighter than usual; see the "lid feels stuck" question above.
