Convenient Dumbbells
Overall quality: very goodGrip: For a small size guy like me, it feel very convenient, but you definitely need gloves to train with.Weight plates: the locking tabs are made of metal. (In the previous versions, the locking tabs were made of hard smooth plastic tabs which gets eroded with time and the handles could not hold the plates)Length: They are long dumbbells. You might find some exercises would be a bit awkwardly performed. But with some maneuvers, you will get use to it.Changing weights: very smooth to change. Keep in mind that you jump by 2-3 kg in each change. That's a big jump for some exercises. (I wish if Bowflex would make something for micro-loading)Generally I am very pleased with them.

What model you have and will it fit the dumbbell stand
Due to a ridiculous design change on the Seletech Dumbell bases, they will not fit the stand that is advertised.
