Cover looks faded
The story itself is engaging, but the book I received seems not original(?). The cover is asymmetric and the color is faded.

Tuesdays with Morrie is one of those rare books that gently breaks your heart while healing it at the same time. It’s a beautiful, deeply moving story about life, death, love, and the things that truly matter. Through the intimate conversations between Mitch Albom and his former professor Morrie Schwartz, we’re reminded of the fragile beauty of being alive and how often we take that for granted. Each chapter carries powerful lessons, not just about facing death, but about how to truly live. The way Morrie speaks about forgiveness, connection, and purpose is both inspiring and humbling. This book made me pause and reflect on how I spend my days and how much I appreciate (or sometimes overlook) the people in my life. It’s a must-read for anyone who wants to be more present, grateful, and human. Heartbreaking, yes but in the most enlightening and necessary way.

The 25th Anniversary Edition of Tuesdays with Morrie is a powerful reminder of why this book continues to resonate with readers around the world. It is a story that grows with you—what touched me years ago feels even more meaningful now. The book captures the weekly conversations between Mitch Albom and his former professor, Morrie Schwartz, who is facing the final stage of ALS. Through these intimate Tuesday meetings, Morrie shares his insights on love, work, family, aging, forgiveness, and ultimately, death. His wisdom is gentle yet profound, often delivered with humor and a refreshing honesty that cuts straight to the heart. What stands out most is how the book encourages us to slow down and truly live, rather than simply move through life on autopilot. Morrie’s reflections remind us to value connection over achievement, presence over productivity, and compassion over competition. Despite its heavy themes, the book is warm, uplifting, and surprisingly comforting. The writing is simple and elegant, allowing the emotional truth of Morrie’s words to shine. The anniversary edition adds a timeless feel to an already beloved classic. This is a book I can return to again and again, each time gaining new understanding. Whether you're seeking perspective, healing, or simply a meaningful read, this modern classic is a must-read. It is one of the rare books that genuinely changes the way you look at life.
