My Steelcase Leap chair's arms are 4.5 in. by 10 in. With that wide of an arm, will these fit?

I doubt it. My chair arms are 3.5×10", and the width is sufficient, but there is not much excess. The length is barely long enough, but with careful adjustment the first few days, I've achieved a stable position. I like them very much, but I doubt they would work for your size chair arms.
