If you remove the strip, will it tear off the paint? We have fresh paint on non-textured wall.

No it won't. The best way to put it up is every foot or so, tear off a lil piece. That's the way I put mine up, so I don't use up all the adhesive backing on it. But, no, it won't tear off paint.

Does it come with the adapter?

YES, the bluetooth led lights strip come with the adapter. And the adapter of the bluetooth led lights is 12 volts low voltage to ensure the safety of you, your kids and your property.

Does it connect with alexa ?

Our product cannot connect to Alexa. It is bluetooth LED Strip Light.
