Perfect product.
Used it for years. Looks great. Works better. After about 3 years then small foam sticker come off of the back head strap but it is still very comfortable without it.

This hard hat is both tough and stylish! The matte black graphite pattern looks great, and the full brim gives extra sun and rain protection. The 4-point ratchet suspension makes it really easy to adjust for a secure and comfortable fit—I can wear it all day without discomfort. It feels lightweight but still very durable, and it stays in place even when I’m moving around a lot. I’ve already had coworkers compliment it and ask where I got it. Excellent combination of safety, comfort, and design.

Comfortable. Matte finish scuffs easily
Lightweight, nice looking and sits low on my head instead of sitting on top of it. It has a matte finish so it scuffs up pretty easy. Harness is comfortable and the adjustable ratchet back is hinged which makes it fit nice. Especially if your wearing a good or stocking cap underneath. Update 9/20/19: I still love my hardhat. There's a feature I didn't mention before, though. On the inside of the back of harness is padded. Located where the ratchet is. It's nice because it keeps the harness from digging into the back of your head when you tighten the ratchet down. But there is a flaw. Which is why I'm writing this update. Overtime this pad seems to dissolve or disintegrate. I think it's due to sweat and heat. But it actually becomes kinda sticky and rubs off on the back of your head. I have to wear bandana now under my helmet now or I'll have a perfectly black rectangle on the back of my head. And it's sticky and gunky. It doesn't just wipe off. You have to wash it off.
