Do these fold/roll up??

Hello, they can be rolled or folded. They are pretty small and take up very little space.

What are the measurements for these?

The bands are approximately 9" long and 1" wide with three resistance levelsof Light, Medium, and Heavy.

Which band colors are which level?

Am sorry but I was not happy with this purchase at all. The bands kept rolling in. Wont be using them.

These bands are amazing. They are very sturdy so you don't have to be worried that they may snap when using them. With 3 levels of resistance I feel it's a must have for your gym kit. Great for use at the gym and home workouts.

Great tool for training

Great for glute isolation. I use these for every leg workout. None of them have broke on me yet but I only use the medium and heavy resistance so I can't speak for the lightest one. Great product !

Ottimi per il fitness

Elastici fantastici per svolgere attività. Per gli esperti quelli nero é probabilmente l’unico che può essere utilizzato, ma in linea generale sono molto validi.
