Preferred trail snack or lunch treat. Taste is good, quantity/portion size works, and if there is a little energy bump out of these so much the better! Way less messy than gel. Skiing, biking, day hikes or backpacking, these are a tasty right-sized choice. Some of the other flavors sound a little less appetizing.

Great value and excellent snack! They were fresh when delivered however they were smashed on one side and it damaged about 5 of the wafers.

So my niece runs track professionally for a large college and she turned me on to these they use them a lot , so no I do not run unless somethings chasing me, but I hike and teach wilderness medicine and hunt so I am in the woods a lot and these are great for a sugar boost , they are really good and now I am hooked on them, probably to a point of intervention, no but they are good. enjoy

I’ve been using these before swimming, and they work really well. The taste is great and the salted caramel flavor is just the right balance of sweet and salty. It’s light, easy to eat, and doesn’t feel heavy while working out. I notice a nice boost of energy without any crash, which makes it perfect for endurance exercise. Definitely a go-to snack for me before hitting the pool.

Absolutely love Honey Stinger waffles as fuel for my long runs. My box of 16 arrived quicker than expected, in date, and all intact - all the waffles (so far) are whole and not crumbled suggesting that the package was handled carefully. I love the taste of the honey stinger waffles. They are not so sweet which is a good thing since I cut down on my sugar intake. I have one every day after eating my lunch or dinner. I count on it for eating some kind of sweets after I eat. I convinced my boyfriend to eat it too and now he loves it. I can’t even tell that it is gluten free so that’s how good it tastes. This is my second order and will be doing more in the future.
