Love these noodles.
With being anaphylatic to egg and dairy these noodles are a dream. I use to love Ramen, but once my allergies got bad I couldn't eat them any longer. These are so good and have the same texture.

Better for stomach and tastes pretty good..
Yummy ramen that doesn't upset stomach.. flavor packet is a bit lacking, but still good.. Better for gut and ease of digestion. Makes a good meal if add a protein like meat or eggs..

Love this! Have been eating it since I first found it! Super easy to cook and not expensive! It had no dairy which i am allergic to and is a healthier option for me!

They are not the same. Expired
These used to be in store near me a few years ago. I liked them so much better than maruchan or top ramen and they’re vegetarian! But these are NOT the same. They taste stale or something. Very disappointing. Update: i just checked the packaging and it says they expired in 2023.

They Changed it and Increased the Price
The ramen used to be pretty good... then they changed the noodles so that the flavor was different and they are more pasty than before. Additionally, they changed the spice packets so they are difficult to rip open. Lastly, the price massively increased so honestly I won't be buying it anymore. It's sad, because I really liked the old noodles and it's not easy to find good Kosher ramen. Maybe I'll wait a year or two and re-buy it to see if they've made any changes back. -------------UPDATE 3-3-2023------------- We switched over to trying Nissin Top Ramen in both their Oriental (Soy Sauce) and Chili versions. The noodles for both are very good, the spice packets rip nicely without any help, and the flavors were better than Ramen Express. Although they don't have a Kosher option, the Chili and Soy Sauce versions are vegetarian so it works just fine. We found that the Soy Sauce version was really easy on the stomach and was not only flavorful, but useful for kids with upset tummies. Additionally, the price is better than Ramen Express, therefore to deviate from my original review, I honestly don't think we'll be switching back ever again in the future or even trying Ramen Express later to see if they've changed.
